Put the LO portal on your phone

It installs like an app: its own icon on your home screen, opens full screen, no app store.

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open https://hub.gomortgageking.com/lo in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open https://hub.gomortgageking.com/lo in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu (top right).
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen), then Install.

Signing in from the app

Enter your work email and tap Email me a sign-in code. The email has a link and an 8-digit code. In the app, type the code (do not tap the link - on iPhone the link opens Safari instead of the app). Then enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator, keep Keep me signed in on this phone ticked, and the app stays signed in for 30 days.

Already installed?

To get the new Mortgage King crest icon, delete the old icon from your home screen and add it again with the steps above.
